Kongelys table lamp with amber shade and burnished brass, produced by Fog & Mørup in the 1930s. Originally designed in 1928, the lamp became known as the "Kongelys Lamp" after it was gifted to the Danish King Christian X in 1937 for his 25th anniversary as king. The lamp's design is robust and functional, while the burnished brass and amber-colored shade give it a classic appearance.

Fog & Mørup, founded in 1904 by Ansgar Fog and Erik Mørup, became renowned for their pioneering lighting designs throughout the 20th century. Their lamps combined innovation and quality, making them a key player in the Danish lighting industry during the mid-century.
