Princess Blue plates are microwave and dishwasher safe. The beautiful lace borders encircling all the pieces in this service are decorated with the blue fluted services. The blue border on the Princess service made in 1978 resembles a Princess' tiara. The border is taken from a section of the complicated Blue Fluted service from the edge on the half lace version. The border is painted freehand as is the pattern on the fluted surface. This is also done on the most exclusive version of Blue Fluted - the full lace version. All pieces of the Princess service are assembled, painted and glazed by hand Prinsesse Prinzess
