Description:
Royal Copenhagen Christmas Plate 2014 Hans Christian AndersenIn mint and nice conditionIn 2014 the Royal Copenhagen Christmas plate
depicts two children, Matilde and Alfred,
who are on their way home with the Christmas
tree on their sledge. They have stopped
in front of the statue of Hans Christian
Andersen, which is placed outside the
Copenhagen city hall, erected in 1905. With
the motif of this years Christmas series,
Royal Copenhagen creates a lovely Christmas
story with the two children, who of course
remember the Hans Christian Andersen
fairytale "The Fir Tree" that he wrote in
1845.
