Aage Weimar 14 carat gold ring with beautiful natural pearl inlay. size 52. Aage Weimar was born in 1902 as the son of the silversmith Evald Nielsen and his wife Marie (née Weimar). In 1924 he was trained as a silversmith at Grann & Laglye. He then received further education abroad. 1927-1936 he was employed in his father's company as a silversmith and designer and in 1936 opened his own shop and workshop in Noerregade 2, Copenhagen. In 1947, Weimar moved the business to Frederiksberggade 2 with a workshop at Vestergade 4. He closed his shop and workshop in probably 1968.Stock: 1
