About the Qianlong mark:
The Qianlong Emperor reigned over China from 1736–1795 during the Qing dynasty, a period celebrated for artistic and technical refinement in porcelain. Many porcelain pieces from the 19th and 20th centuries bear Qianlong marks, not necessarily of the period, but as a tribute to the mastery of earlier times.
