Circular relief plaque in white biscuit porcelain with a classical profile portrait and circular inscription, mounted in a wide round wooden frame. Executed as a medallion-like, neoclassical composition, with the matte biscuit surface emphasising the fine modelling and historical character of the portrait.

Meissen, founded in 1710, is Europe’s oldest porcelain manufactory and is internationally renowned for its technical mastery and artistic excellence.
