Bio:
Silver decanter labels have been used since the 18th century to identify the contents of wine decanters and spirit bottles. During the 20th century, they continued as decorative elements of traditional table settings, often featuring historicist ornamentation and fitted with a chain for suspension around the neck of a decanter.
